Ingredients
1large avocado, soft or slightly overripe
8ozcream cheese
1cancondensed milk (about 14 oz)
1/3cuplime juice (about 4-5 limes)
12mini pie cups
zest of 1 lime
Instructions
Blend the avocado, cream cheese, condensed milk, and lime juice together until smooth. It helps if the avocado is really soft and slightly overripe as it makes it easier to blend.
Pour or spoon into the mini crusts.
Chill for at least an hour (or up to overnight).
Zest lime on top of each cake before serving. Enjoy chilled.
