A directory of maker-inspired hashtag challenges, contests, and prompts for 2019 #maker #diyprojects #makerspace #challenge #challengeaccepted

Welcome to a directory of maker-inspired hashtag challenges, contests, and prompts for 2019! A new year means new creative challenges.

While most hashtag challenges are called that (a challenge) the listing here is a bit different to keep expectations in check. If a prize is involved it’s labeled a challenge or contest. If it’s all just for fun and a job well done, it’s a prompt.

Want to add to the list? Leave a comment! This is a work-in-progress and will be continuously updated.

Some challenges/prompts are year-long, some are for a limited time. They’ll all be listed in the month that they commence, and reposted if a theme changes.

Want more inspiration? See the archived list from last year.
